The Zamp RZ-67D Carbon Mix Helmet is a premium Snell SA2025-approved racing helmet built for serious drivers who want lightweight performance, airflow, comfort, and advanced race-ready features. Designed with a large weave carbon mix shell, the RZ-67D delivers a strong, lightweight feel while offering the protection and fit racers need on track.

Zamp’s DDAIR-System features 360-degree dual-density air channeling for improved forced-air cooling, helping drivers stay more comfortable during long race days. The helmet also includes a premium 28 Series color-matched interior with removable, washable, fire-retardant crown liner and cheek pads for added comfort and easy maintenance.

The RZ-67D comes equipped with a Z-20 Series clear anti-fog shield, pre-installed dirt seal, and tensioning tear-off posts. It is compatible with 12.125-inch banana-style tear-offs or Z Optics P208Z tear-offs. Dual chin curtains help reduce dust and fog while adding extra protection, and the advanced aerodynamic package includes a large front lower spoiler with an adjustable rear spoiler included.

This helmet is also ready for modern racing setups, featuring pre-installed threads for top air installation, a built-in chin bar hydration port, pre-installed ear cups for communication integration, and M6 inserts for head-and-neck restraint compatibility.
