What MyChron units is this bracket compatible with? This mount is designed to work with MyChron 5 and similar Aim Sports data loggers commonly used in quarter midget racing.

How do I know which frame size to order? Measure the outer diameter of the chassis tube where you plan to mount the bracket. Choose 5/8", 3/4", or 7/8" to match.

Does this require any welding? No. This is a clamp-style bolt-on bracket — no welding or permanent modification to your chassis required.

Is this legal for USAC-sanctioned NASCAR Youth Series competition? Yes. This is a mounting accessory only and does not affect any sanctioned component. It is not subject to class rules restrictions.

Note that the NASCAR Youth Series / USAC rulebook states "All data acquisition and measuring devices shall be mounted securely within the roll cage or down tubes. No data acquisitions allowed on the steering wheel or in sight of the driver." Some series interpret this as if it is sticking out of the back of the car and extends outside of the roll cage, that is a DQ. To be safe, mount on the interior so it does not extend beyond the chassis.
